Terms of use
Use this reporting service to send CombiRents observations, service requests and photos for the machine identified on the page. Check the serial number before submitting and provide accurate information that you are authorized to share.
What a receipt means
A receipt confirms that the report and its included photos have been saved for review. It does not confirm technician dispatch, an inspection approval, safe operating condition, return acceptance or a billing change. Operator observations are recorded as unverified reports.
Unsafe machines and urgent issues
If a machine appears unsafe, stop using it and contact your supervisor or CombiRents. Do not wait for a response through this form. This reporting page is not an emergency response service.
Machine links and records
Each QR link opens one machine's reporting form. It does not grant access to the fleet dashboard or existing records. Do not use the service to submit reports for a different machine or upload unrelated files.
Help and corrections
If you need to correct a submitted report, contact info@combirents.com and provide the receipt reference. Avoid resubmitting the same report after an uncertain response; retry the captured report or ask CombiRents to check it.
